Horrible customer service, each time the frustration and give u the run around for your money

Fnb is at it again and I really don't have the energy for this, About a month ago we were back an fouth with you guys when u decided to block my ewallet service on my number *** because u believed I'm involved in a ***** of 800 or 900 which after all u decide to take/ ***** it from me, Now, since the 6th of Feb, my little girls account is blocked I cannot get money that's not even upto 4000 rand? What is it this time? Earlier today a friend tried to send me e wallet and only to find out that my number *** allow the transaction, guys I need my money I don't even have hundreds of thousands with you but yet I'm being treated like a ********, I still say I need clarity I need my money released, I'm supposed to pay my kids school fees, I believe this is not *****ing my money again, and I'm really leaving thos bank I cannot, I work, I have site hassle and sell second hand clothes and hair boosting oils, I have 2 small kids that I patch up for , and no 1 even bothered to alert me that my babies account is closed or is about to be closed,

I need u to release my money on that minors account I need feedback again why I'm unable to receive e wallet why I'm I being victimized?is is about race or gender?
