HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This is now my second time writing a review regarding FNB.

I'd like to ask how and why my complaint is being closed when I haven't received any help, not have I been contacted regarding solving this matter whatsoever. All I've gotten is that this matter is being investigated. No report as to what the problem is, no report as to why my money was taken, not even any potential solution?! What kind of nonsense is this?!

I was told that the matter would be invested, and I would be cpntacted to resolve it in 5 days or less, only receive an email saying that my matter has been closed. HOW?!
