Horrible customer service

My account has been blocked for international transactions for over a month now. I have sent emails, provided all the documents needed and they have not unblocked it. Horrible service, forex line never gets answered, emails are responded to but not followed through. Exhausting, would never reconnect this bank to a foreign national.
