Horrible Customer Service

So its now the 02/11/2020

and I am still waiting for feedback on transfer, that was made by accident in to my closed FNB/Discovery card, the only call i have gotten was for the POP of payment which i sent two weeks ago and still nothing, I am ready to closed all my accounts with FNB
