Horrible Customer Service

I have been trying to make payment on Forevernew website. Every time I put in the OTP FNB sends me it gets rejected. I have thus lost out on a skirt I really really wanted due to the Bank being incapable of giving me customer service. I phoned the bank to find out what the problem is. I spend 25 minutes on the line, being put through from person to person (6 to be exact), and then the last one cut me off. I am actually so ****ed off with the lack of service. If you staff does not want to work , then please get people who is actually willing to give proper client service because there is A LOT of people willing to work
