Horrible customer service

FNB customer service agent was sooooo rude yesterday and did not resolve any of my issues they charge me 3 payments in one which is not lawful and spoke to horrible customer service agent whose tone of voice was mean n horrible was sooo happy to cancel my policy and I bet it was to prove a point
