Horrible customer care / service

I have been trying to close the Aspire Cheque Account with FNB for the past two months or so in vain. Instead FNB has blocked me from making payments to the credit account in order to accumulate unnecessary arreas and harass me for non payment. I am nice and fed up with FNB!
