Horrible Credit Card Expirience

Please update this to horrible im really ****ed about the service, person did not tell me i need to sign and send this doc the soonest, now ive lost 2 days i cant recover. Im being told now i needed to sign and it will then take another 3-5 working days which i do not have. I needed this money to settle my car, now i will be charged for something that could have been avoided by merely gici I have been using FNB for a longtime i dont expect such bad service from them I need someone to speed this up for me i do not have 3-5 days
