Horrible courier company used to deliver cards

Where do I even start I have had nothing but bad experiences with this bank this past few months like really dsv was a better company to do the deliveries now tey send my bank card with Mr delivery and they are terrible they sent me an SMS saying my card will be delivered today I take off work to wait for them to deliver my card today but noting they always do this send me SMS with schedule delivery dates but never come and then they would lie and say tey try to call me when in actual fact they never did this is unacceptable and actually makes me want to change banks because I ordered the new fnb aspire card more than two weeks ago and now we have all this delays when fnb uesed dsv this problems never happened I'm highly disappointed I needed my card as a urgent but now that's not happening fnb is sending me the run around and I've had enough
