Horrible comunications, no updates

FNB Short term insurance is horrible at comunicating anything regarding claims. The only way I can get any updates is by calling them directly. I have not recieved a single mail sms or call regarding my claims without first calling them and holding for several minutes. It would not be so bad, but their self service channels are also useless as I cannot get my policy or claims information from there.
