Horrible business banking experience

FNB business is the worse service of all the banks I have delt with. Service centre agents just ignore you half way through issue resolution. Been busy with a change of business bank account representetive with these guys way over a year now. Every time you call the service centre agents promise this and that and they will call you back. But they never do. We finally got all the documents to remover the old business directors as administrators on the bank account and the process was messed up by them. Six months late I give them a call to register for online banking boom I am not one of the administators on the business bank account that one of their agents confirmed on email that the new directors and administrors were ammended and add as per process initiated. Call to fix this, one of the agents promised to escalate the issue we are still waiting. There is no more response form this agent or anyone for that matter.

Just utter nonsense service. Will never open a business account with these guys ever again.
