Horrible branch experience

My husband sent me a Ewallat the same day I tried to withdraw it didn't want to come out ,I have an easy debit card when my husband sent me money it usually goes into the card as well this time it declined.so the next day I requested for a new pin still I was unable to withdraw,I didn't loss hope I still request for another pin still it doesn't work so today I went to the branch at maponya Wandile was by the door I tried to explain my issue he kept cutting me off he is very rude and impatient was not willing to help at all .when I managed to get a word in and explained that even the easy debit card is a issue can he check he told me maybe it's link to the wrong number ,I told him I used it before but he was not interested I can't keep requesting for a new pin and buying air time and wasting my petrol to drive to a branch where the staff is not interested in helping not a great customer experience at all
