Horrible banking service

<p>First national bank must be the worst bank I have ever come across, how does a bank just allow some uk **** company to just empty out my brothers bank account? Number 1 we are from Cape Town south africa , what the hell would we be doing liasing with uk companies especially a **** company that we never heard of or seen , number 2 what needs to be investigated? Just reverse the ********** transaction and block it from doing any further damage, can't even trust your own bank who's duty is to protect your money, I mean there are things people need money to get by and survive, should I bank with somebody else rather? </p>
