Horrible banking app experience

Since this morning I'm not able to purchase electricity via the Fnb banking app . I've tried at least 4 times.

I keep getting errors , "The request cannot be processed, please contact your service provider ". It's not the first time I have issue purchasing electricity using this app of late. If I try another banking app then it goes through immediately. So it can't be the service provider.
