Horrible BANK!!!!!

Booked an online branch visit to get an Account confirmation letter due to the online platform and app not working.

Got to the branch with my ref and was given a ticket... When my ticket was called, I was refused service and given a story about "that's not how it works" and was asked for my online credentials just to be told to be seated again. Ticket number no longer on waiting list.
