Horrible bad Customer Service
Bad experience, I asked them to make it make sense to me, since when do d\o 's go off on a weekend? Unpaid charges of R-495 .
The agent then responds to my query and advises I must check with my service providers, I sent examples she didn't even answer my questions @Chaunice Subaya you shouldn't have bothered answering if your were not going to answer me.

01 Oct 2021, 15:01You guys cancelled my Fnb life when I didn't request to do so, the agent called me and I asked how do I go about cancelling and she advised someone will call me back , I asked for a call back at 2pm and since I couldn't answer I received an SMS to say the plan is cancelled! Who authorised that? Did that someone call and confirm with me **** I am ****ed right now, reinstate that policy
