Horrible attitude from ***** department

FNB ***** department guy I spoke to has a horrible attitude with no patience at all. He did not let me explain my issue and acted all knowing and not let me have a say on my issues. Its the second time I am dealing with the ***** department and I am rather ****ed off now. If that guy was infront of me i wouldve given him a klap. No staff should be talking to customers with such an attitude like he doesnt want to do his job. If this is the quality of staff FNB hires due to BEE then nowonder service is going down the drain for customer complaints. Im truly irritated by this. Fire that guy before you lose more clients. Such a **** attitude. Get educated people
