HORRIBLE Assistance

I have a cheque account *** that is in a minus for more than 2 years now. I have phoned, emailed, spoken to agents and still this account is not sorted out. Unauthorised deductions was occurring on the account from ss-legcov and the bank could never assist. They made my deductions less but the account was never fixed. I need assistance with this account please!
