Horrible and undermining

FNB opened and closed my late mother's deceased estate account. Because Maggie Modau refused the laminated death certificate that was already stored on their system before it was laminated and therefore Fnb does not recognise it as an original. She also refused to verify with home affairs. She told us Fnb cannot confirm with home affairs and we have to back to home affairs and print another death certificate before she can make copies of it.

We were at the branch for almost 4 hours because we were insisting on being helped and we were still not helped. Instead they destroyed the laminated death certificate by trying to remove the laminate. You can view your camera records.

I'm disgusted with the service received at Fnb. To make it worse they destroyed my mother's certificate to no avail, now have to go back to home affairs either way to get a new certificate so we can proceed to other institutions who would've accepted the laminated death certificate.
