Horrible and not so convenient

I have never experienced this madness from FNB. I decided to change my cellphone banking number and thats where this whole nightmare began. I have been struggling to chanbe any of my details and kept being transered back and fourth from online banking to cellphone banking to telephone banking.

I decided to finally go to a branch since this was getting out of control, I managed to change my cellphone number. Today i wanted to send money via ewallet firstly on my phone it said my limit was R200 then i went to online banking and it said i have exceeded my limit as well and it was my first time doing any transaction for the day. I called FNB Customer Care, they told me that the system picked up that i am changing browsers and now thats why i cnat send any money, I cannot even explain how sick, ridiculous and frustrating that is.... This is my account and for the past week its been such a nightmare using FNB, i really have no idea where this is coming from. Why have online banking if you are going to make it such a nightmare ......
