Horrible and disgusting service ever

My mother passed away on the 3 December in Pietermartzburg St Anne's Hospital and as a family we are located in jhb. After receiving all of her docs including her death certificate we had to come back to jhb to finalise everything. We had previously reported at Fnb (vryheid- where she was buried) about her passing and all of her documents were scanned on IGAMI because we needed statement to see how how many policies she had for her burial. Of which we were assisted. Now we are back in jhb and are trying to finalise everything including opening a deceased estate account of which we were beyond shocked that according to Maggie Modau and Melusi Andries FNB cannot assist us because we have a laminated death certificate. Death certificate was previously scanned BEFORE we had laminated it but now that we have a laminated one we are told that we have to go back to home affairs and get a new one. I even asked the consultant( Maggie) if fnb cannot verify with home affairs and she said no and they had to close the estate account that was already opened. I am beyond upset by the service received at Fnb main street branch. My whole family banks with fnb and my late mother was banking with them. I'm now going to close my account!! Fnb did not certainly HELP US in our time of need
