Horrible and Disgusting Customer Service

I was/ have been at the Westonaria branch since this morning at 11 or so. It is almost time for the staff here to go home and still I haven't received any help.

I deposited money into my business bank account last week and till today I cannot use any my funds and my business operations are at a stand still. Can someone at FNB please release my money, my kids are hungry at home, I am also hungry.

I need my money back since I cannot use any of the FNB facilities to access it. Can someone please HELP..... I am being ingnored here and I need my money.

I have never experienced such a bad and disgusting service ever.
