HORRIBLE

I app**** for a loan on Saturday at the branch in blue route mall. My loan was approved and I was told it will paid out in the next 24 to 48 hours . After waiting the entire weekend, on the funds I got feedback this morning saying it was declined after them telling me it's approved and it will be paid out . How can you even do this to a person. Based on what I was told by FNB saying my loan is fully approved I used all the funds I have after getting paid as I was told by FNB my loans is approved. This is a horrible bank I will be ensure to change my bank and never use or recommend this bank to anyone. I will make sure to go public with this on all social media platforms and everywhere people need to know
