horrible
take a slip says approximate queuing time 9 min 45 min later still not seen to, speak to the manager Rochelle ( fnb centurion mall) and she just says it says 9 min is an approximate time, now this is a joke approximately yes maybe + another 10 min at max but to wait 45 min and still not to be seen to is a joke. this says a lot about the business,
