Horrible.

I'm being harrassed by FNB, I can't access over 10k of the funds in my account I called the ***** department twice and even went to a branch and I was told its a SARS related issue and something needs to be verified, I was also told this would be done in 48hours, 48hours have passed and I still don't have access to my money which I urgently need, not to mention this money was with held from me with my other funds 2 days after the SARS deposit was cleared. I need this matter solved today as I am not getting any clarity, I will definitely take this issue to the ombudsman, THIS IS ABUSE!
