I spoke to one of your agent (Koketso Call ***) this morning regarding a Debi check query I had. She sounded uninterested in what my problem was because she was quick to suggest I contact the ***** department. She spoke over me and kept calling me "Ma'am" even though I gave her my name. I had to suggest to her that she takes my ID number to check my account. I've had the best service from your bank but this is unacceptable.
