********** service from FNB Mortgage Bond Department

What a frustration with FNB Mortgage Department and ********** service.

I have bought a house and FNB Mortgage Department are now holding up transfer of the property. My attorney, Tennant and Co. in Cape Town and the conveyancing attorneys have been requesting a hard copy of the original Mortgage Bond Document for the past 2 months, but FNB Mortgage Department are flatly ignoring their request. Without this document transfer of the property into my name cannot take place.

I would not recommend FNB to anyone. The few dealings I had with them with my Mom's accounts was absolutely shocking.
