I am disgusted at the service my uncle received at the vereeniging fnb branch, he earns a weekly wage and had opened a savings account, unbeknown to him, one of the consultants changed his savings account to a cheque accout with exorbitant charges. A third of his income is taken by the said charges and no one is willing to help him reverse the charges and to change his account. He needs help urgently as this is really digging huge holes in his pocket, especially from a change he never asked for.
