I’m so frustrated and really disappointed with FNB, I’m not get any assistance regarding a card dispute that resulted in FNB debiting my premium account twice! The same amount twice because I lodged a dispute. I tried everything possible to resolve this and I feel like FNB is doing this on purpose. I’m so fed up, and considering moving my funds elsewhere! I’ve been so loyal to FNB for over a decade and it’s clear that they don’t care about my investments with them. Totally unacceptable!
