I have been waiting almost 2 weeks for a payment to clear, and FNB has had the funds since Thursday, but continue to refuse to release it. Service has been terrible, I have been absolutely mistreated, no-one is willing to help at all. Now they are threatening to return the funds to sender. These funds are for my salary for March, and I literally have no money left to live off, but FNB cannot be bothered. It's the 12th already, and there is no sign at all of them releasing the funds.

I NEVER WANT TO DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN!
