Horrble branch Stanford Road Port Elizabeth

Wow FNB YOUR Stanford Road branch is the worse they made me feel like a lier even the manager made me feel horrble I had 2 accounts before that were closed because I didn't ues it the agent was so rude saying i opened accounts for fun how dare she at that time I uesed my son's number but I did come with my own phone she tells me to my face I'm laying even the manager is makeing me out a lier because the accounts I had in 2015 I didn't ues my word im 66 years old and I've never been treated with such disrespect by a bank the manager and the consultant I have no manners telling me when I answer question that I'm wrong making me out to be a lier being crazy disrespectful to me telling me I make accounts open for fun Stanford Road Port Elizabeth branch have the most disrespectful consultants and manager you just did push a customer away this branch is one of the most horrble FNB BRANCH OUT THERE just because at that time I uesed my son's number because didn't have a phone in 2015 how can she say I open accounts for fun what kinda bank is fnb to disrespectful me then she said she is gonna call my son and because he's phone was off she says I'm.worg amd I'm lieing the fact that the manager did see her attude and didn't say anything but encourages it and has a attude just like the stuff the way she says I mustn't open accounts if I'm not gonna use it so rudely and I explained to her why I need a account what kind of bank is this that refuses a customer a account I really think capitec bank is better because you guys have stuff that are unprofessional and rude and the manager that's higher than the consultant is just as rude Stanford Road Port Elizabeth branch is gonna make that more customers walk awy form this bank I never felt more horrible in my life then I fell today they made me feel.like a lier a ******** just for wanting a bank account wow fnb really is bad my son did always speak so highly of First National Bank but now we both are disappointed and in shock I had inheritance comeing and wanted to ues this bank it's very shocking to see a bank push customers away and treat them like *******
