Horrble and will change banks

Im shocked at FNB and I'm with them for more then 3 years I orders.2 Cards for my 2 Accounts a few weeks back it did come to my door damaged it was wet the Wole envelopes and I was charged for it so.i orders 2 new one because since the Frist 2 was damaged I was told I would not be charged to my surprise for the 2nd 2 cards money was taken off my account this is very unacceptable becz the first cards arrived deamged and I'm just very upset about it and I think the best ting for me to do.ia change banks becz this is just shocking make this right and refund me.for the 2 replacement cards this was not my fault
