Hopeless investigator
Most useless investigator Account blocked for over a month , no outcome , no end to case , some company tried to put money in to my account and it was stopped, now I must prove that I didn't know about it , this is unsure, this Is causing financial losses

30 Sept 2025, 15:23Good day , it seems that your escalation on my case has resulted in an unfair outcome , the investigator Thabo labepe has ignored everything I have said and not taken anything into consideration, he has taken the fact that I have called him a useless investigator and made the matter personal, He concluded his investigation after my review here and chose termination of relationship as his outcome which he said cannot be disputed , I have on many occasions said I did not know of the funds he spike of , and previously I had reported an amount of R500 that was deposited into my account from a company called drio prime investments, I told them I have no such investment or dealings of any sort with this company, that was on the 10th September on the 16 of September he said a company's email was intercepted and my details added , I told him I had no access to the account from the 10th September as it was suspended then . He had been unresponsive throughout the process . I am currently sitting at the bank as advised by the ***** department and have asked them to teams call him yet still he remains unavailable and unresponsive. This clearly shows his level of professionalism or lack thereof , and as you can see this has clearly resulted In a personal vendetta against me ,for choosing to voice my opinions.
