Hopeless institution

This is my third hello Peter review.

My loan is STILL in arrears. I have people telling me my COVID extension was not approved yet it clearly was. I have been struggling with this for a month. I need this handled today. And I need to be certain this mess is not going to happen again with the debit order meant to go off on the 25th of this month

I am exhausted with FNB. I contact FNB everyday. Someone always promises me feedback and escalations. I have an official case open with the ombudsman against FNB. I don’t understand the lack of communication and professionalism.
