Hopeless - Fnb Bryanston Branch

<p>I feel like crying each time by the time I leave this branch!! If they are not offline, they only have one consultant serving customers during the rush hour!!!!! I went there during my one hour lunch today (after having gone there yesterday and had to leave as they were offline) and had to sit for over an hour to be assisted with issuing a temporary card. The lady consultant was extermely slow, and the gentlemen who was there with her when I walked in, just up and went God knows where whilst there were over 15 people waiting on queu to be assisted. </p> <p>I am considering closing my FNB account because of ALWAYS being subjected to such terrible service from this branch. </p>
