Hopeless bank

I am so angry with FNB hospital plan,. I submit 2 claims on the same e mail,23 July 2025,. They only open the one ,after the one was approved I ask wt about my 2 claim. O sir I see it ,that was a. Week later,. Now it's two weeks,they ask after they open the 2 one a week later for blood tests to confirm. While I submitted all hospital and dr accounts ,so I did send it hey hold me on a e mail they did received it,. This is the most horrible experience from a big bank like FNB,. The one that loud the 1 claim was useless not to see the other claim ,I did send today all the documents again with blood tests,.
