Hooking you up with not so free cards

I was contacted by FNB to offer me an upgrade on my credit card, which I agreed to. this new credit card appears on my profile already.
I asked the call centre lady at the time to a) send it to my local branch and b) send me a reference number for the call.
the next day I got a call from a delivery company wanting to deliver my card to the farm, which doesn't work as we are not always here, this happened twice in a week and I had to reiterate that I requested it be sent to my branch so I can collect.
The reference number never arrived by sms or email.

I was phoned and sms'd so say that my card is at my branch (Tulbagh) when I went to collect, the card was in fact a petrol card which I did not order and don't want. The story I was spun is that the petro card arrives first and is then followed by the credit card and that this is a free service!
Why do you give cards that are not requested, why was petro card never mentioned in the telephonic discussions and why am I told that my credit card is ready for collection when in fact it is not!
And a petro card is hardly free! Waste of time for me and needless irritation. Seems you want to encourage clients to be in debt!
