Honouring payments
Debit order take their money on time but with fnb the payments pend for weeks and by the time they clear there’s no money in the account then this stupid back charges close to 500 for honouring payments on your behalf. How is it my fault that merchants take long to process payments? So meaning I must pay twice for the same thing ? This is bull****

11 Feb 2026, 11:50The issue was never resolved instead they are giving excuses for the **** they are doing on peoples accounts, its doesn’t make sense all that you charging people bank charges on top of that we must pay when transactions from merchants clear that’s stupid. I hate this bank and will definitely close it because of this incompetence
