Honouring fees money making ****

It seems I am not the only person experiencing this issue with honouring fees on a debit account. I have tried numerous times to resolve the issue via the app's secure chat, only to get the same automated s**** and this issue not being resolved. 1. I have no overdraft facility. 2. I have asked for this honouring fee capability to be deactivated from my account. I did not ask for it, and frankly, there is nothing honourable about deducting R150 for a R25 transaction. 3. If there are no more funds, please decline and I will use my credit card. 4. My incontact messages showed funds available after I swiped. Yet days later I get charged in excess of R1000 honouring fees? Any sane person would stop swiping after the first message of "no more funds". Is that too much to ask?
