Honoring fee

The bank had recently charged me R580 for "not honoring my payments" and they claimed to have honored the payments on my behalf (something I have never asked them to do in the first place) after writing to hello peter as it seems like the only time they ever take your complaints seriously they escalated my issue. The agent responded saying my funds will be returned "as a show of good faith", they only returned R26 back of my money. After years of no problems with this bank in the last 4 months I have taken them to the ombudsman and won, and I'll be taking this matter up with the ombudsman again. Nothing has changed in how I transact for years and all of a sudden I'm dealing with this nonsense. Honestly after this I'll be considering moving to Capitec and I won't be looking back.
