Honfee deducted without authorization

I have had R200 and another R250 deducted this month for some or other HONFEE! I have no idea what this is and did not even receive a notification for this being deducted of my account.. I had to log in to banking and review my statement to find it.. This is unacceptable!!! Is FNB starting to show the cracks?
