Honestly, I don't know how FNB gets rated as such a great bank. Literally one of the worst banks

Asked for help via the FNB app. A person by the name of Claire joined the chat after 1 minute. She responded to my question seconds after I sent it asking for my account number. I never let the app close or even let my phone go into sleep mode. 30 minutes pass, no response, so I follow up. Another 30 minutes pass, I follow up again, and then finally a 3rd time 1 hour and 30 minutes later. And then suddenly chat is closed.
