Honestly I do not know what to call it

On Friday 29th September 2017 once again my supposed bank literally left me stranded and to my absolute amazement all I could do was laugh, I had fuel pumped into my car, full tank by the way and was going to purchase me something to drink at a shell garage. Then when it comes time to pay for all of this my card decides to decline my transaction, I had thought maybe its they're machine but the manager tested his very own cards, machine after machine nothing, then I checked my app and figure ill send myself the money via e-wallet, guess was supposedli i had reached a ****en limit I NEVER SET NOR REACHED.

I had to be calm so I just checked my app specifically the cards section, and guess what my ****en card had been canceled, in all my life I have never experienced what i experienced at shell garage, I mean I canceled my own damn card??? where my damn salary is paid ?

Luckily the manager of shell (he might have had a glance at balance) was friendly enough to allow me to use the business phone to call fnb, and guess what no help at all, the first attemp i was left hanging on the fone like a ****en clown, the second attempt the ****** consultant didnt even bother to let me explain my ****en predicament before shooting me straight to e-wallet, who was wasted bother as well as they just got straight to the point and said go the nearest branch

The branch was my saviour and i thank them for they;re swift response. but that being said apparently my card was CANCELLED on the 15th of September at a ATM, and on the 15th i was not even at a ATM so who exactly cancelled my FNB?

twice in one month FNB has let me down, first u decline my credit application but send my a ****en card and initiate the service fee, like really? and get my hopes up, then **** poor customer service via the call centre twice that has happened to me. Is this your way of saying ***** me and my salary, well thank you Ill gladly move my poor salary to another bank then, thank you for nothing
