Honestly FNB offer poor services.

I think I will have to move my money somewhere else FNB is failing me. With all the accounts debts I had with FNB all are settled but one still showing on my profile as if I’m owing. I tried chatting with the consultant via app I was given an email to send all the necessary documents but no help at all. Why is it easy get into debts with FNB but difficult to clear up your name. No email of receipt or call or sms nothing FNB you can do better. I don’t owe anything please clear my name.

This is frustrating.
