HON FEE - R1306?

I am currently under debt review after losing my job, so money is extremely tight at the moment. I am using an FNB Saving account as I don't have an overdraft facility available to me any longer so, when I checked my account this morning and see that R475 has been deducted from my account this month, and R1306 has been deducted from my account in total over the last few months, I could not fathom what on earth this was. It was only after Googling HONFEE that I stumbled across others, who like myself, had been victims of this by FNB!!!! I did not ask for the Honouring Payment service, I have NO idea when you have had to honour any payment of mine, as I only spend what is in my account, and am not allowed to have any credit of any shape or form. I want my money back immediately, ALL R1306. This is a saving account for a reason, it should not have an 'overdraft' or honouring facility, if there is no money in the bank account then there is no money in the bank account. End of Story! And R475 is ****************!!!! You are actually in breach of the NCA offering me this service.
