HOMELOANS / STRUCTURED LENDING
Structured homeloans. Online system miscalculations. Manual application incorrectly captured. Waiting 2 weeks now for approval in principal. No one can assist accept for own advisor who NEVER available. You can't speak to management. Initial bond application was submitted 14 October 2025. Matter has berm escalated 10x..... ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!
