Homeloans please help!!!!!!!

Home loans today has to be the worst to deal with. Currently on my fourth phone call to the home loans department. Initially I had no problem with home loans but today that all changed. I called and spoke to gugulethu Tshabalala, who then put me through to Zama who then had no idea how to deal with my query . Then zama proceeds to put me through to someone else who doesn't answer. On the 4th attempt at calling your department again, Nombulelo then says she cannot log onto the system and then puts me on hold. After holding, Nombulelo then tells me the system is offline and they cannot log on. So basically I've been waiting for over half an hour to be told the system is not working. My query was the following:

On the 28th of December 2021 I capitalised an amount toward my bond. This then changed the debit amount to almost half of what I was paying. However, on the 31st when the debit went off, the interest that was calculated was almost double my debit. According to Gugulethu, interest is calculated daily. So my question is, how was my interest more than my debit order?

Also, right now if I put credit into my homeloan, the initial capital is reducing, but the flexi option doesn't show that I'm putting in money that I can take out, so basically I dont have an available balance. This needs to be looked at because my interest cannot be more than my debit order. I need assistance with this as I cant be calling homeloans the entire day to find out the problem.
