Homeloans - Not the usual FNB standard that you expect!

I love FNB and do everything through them. It's usually quick and convenient and I don't have to go to a branch. However this time I app**** for a home loan straight from my app and then days later with BetterBond. FNB still hasn't responded, while BetterBond already has offers from all the banks! Not the secure chat, the fnb home loan department, the complaint department OR agent got back to me or could give me an answer or offer on my homeloan!
