Homeloans department- what a joke!

I have been a Homeloan client for over 10 years, always paid substatially more than needed, have never missed a payment and have never needed anything from them until recently. What a massive shock. Weeks and weeks of going up and down, never getting feedback, repeatedly being asked for the same documentation and having loads of jargon chucked at me. I am actually at the point where I am happy to pay another bank to take over my homeloan just to get rid if FNB. Thank goodness I didn't move my other accounts!
