Worst experience ever! Was in debt review! My premium and interest rate at the start of debt review was R16000 and 11.25%. My request is simple please change my premium to reflect what the current interest rate is after debt review. The interest now is 9.96% but premium is +-R18500! Premium should be closer to 15k. Just wanted my premium to go back to normal but to difficult for your people to comprehend.
